Upcoming PBS Program Receives Critics' Choice Documentary Award

On November 10, 2018, The Broadcast Film Critics’ Association and the Broadcast Television Journalists Association announced the winners for the third annual Critics’ Choice Documentary Awards.

The upcoming POV “Minding the Gap” was honored with the win for Best First Time Director - Bing Liu. Premiering on Monday, February 18, POV “Minding the Gap” shares the intimate story of three young men building a bond as they escape volatile families in their Rust Belt hometown.

In addition to those honored, Stanley Nelson received the 2018 Critics’ Choice Impact Award.
