PBS Programs Win 15 Daytime Emmy® Awards

Winners of the Daytime Emmy® Awards were announced on April 30 and May 1 from Los Angeles. PBS programs won 15 Daytime Creative Arts Emmy® Awards, more than any other network, including five for THE MIND OF A CHEF, four for ODD SQUAD, three for SESAME STREET, two for PEG + CAT and one for THIS OLD HOUSE. 

In addition to the 15 Daytime Creative Arts Emmy® Awards, Frank Welker, the voice of Curious George, and Sonia Manzano, “Maria” on SESAME STREET, were honored with Lifetime Achievement Awards at the 43rd Annual Daytime Emmy® Awards.
