On December 13, NAACP announced nominations for the 48th NAACP Image Awards. FRONTLINE received one nomination for “Policing the Police” and two future PBS programs also received nominations.
“Maya Angelou: And Still I Rise” is coming to AMERCIAN MASTERS on February 21, 2017 at 8/7c. “I Am Not Your Negro” is coming to INDEPENDENT LENS in a future season.
Anthony Anderson will announce winners during a live telecast on February 11, 2017 at 9/8c on TV One.
